Created in October 1993, 3CON entered the market as a company specializing in Natural Adabas. Initially operating only in this environment, 3CON stood out for its know-how in the mainframe platform, administration and fine-tuning of Adabas databases, and became a benchmark in these technologies.
The diversification of the company's portfolio began this year, when new opportunities were glimpsed with the entry of web projects, ASP and Java development and the management of Oracle, MS SQL Server and DB2 databases.
Its product menu is made up of solutions developed in its software factory, as well as partner packages. Its systems and services offerings also include Application Modernization and Integration, Business Intelligence, Operations Support, Mobility, Information Security, Training, Licensing and ERP Consulting.
The company's main guideline is to be useful and innovative, so that the success of its clients generates loyalty and drives the company's progress - 3CON has grown by an average of 25% a year over the last 12 years. It works with medium-sized and large companies and since 2010 has been ranked among the 50 largest national service outsourcing companies by Série Estudos magazine. It is considered one of the most important IT service providers specializing in Mainframe and Retail.

In 2023, 3CON took a strategic step with the consolidation of an area focused on experiments and studies, 3CONLab, our innovation laboratory.
