M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de tendencias como la inteligencia artificial (IA) y la rob\u00f3tica, el objetivo es reducir el error humano y el tiempo de operaci\u00f3n mediante tecnolog\u00edas viables que ofrezcan una buena relaci\u00f3n coste-beneficio, especialmente en un entorno macroecon\u00f3mico complejo y competitivo. <\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, est\u00e1n surgiendo varias aplicaciones en el pa\u00eds. La empresa brasile\u00f1a 3CON, por ejemplo, dise\u00f1\u00f3 una app para optimizar el proceso de preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos, es decir, la recolecci\u00f3n y separaci\u00f3n de productos en los centros de distribuci\u00f3n (CD). Mediante tecnolog\u00eda port\u00e1til que busca liberar las manos de los empleados y facilitar la visualizaci\u00f3n de los art\u00edculos a separar, el objetivo es completar el proceso con un margen de error m\u00ednimo. La app ya ha sido adoptada por una importante cadena de tiendas del sector farmac\u00e9utico.   <\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa log\u00edstica es la columna vertebral del comercio global. Creamos una aplicaci\u00f3n para garantizar la eficiencia en el movimiento de mercanc\u00edas desde los productores hasta los consumidores. Somos optimistas sobre su potencial de mercado y la capacidad creativa de Brasil para afrontar los desaf\u00edos log\u00edsticos y encontrar soluciones efectivas\u201d, afirma Genivaldo Ara\u00fajo, director ejecutivo de 3CON, una consultora de TI.<\/p>\n<p>El director general explica que el sistema surgi\u00f3 al identificar errores repetitivos en la preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos en los centros de distribuci\u00f3n. \u00abDetectamos una alta tasa de reprocesos. Se seleccionan productos incorrectos que deben devolverse a su ubicaci\u00f3n original, lo cual no ocurre de inmediato, causando, entre otras cosas, problemas de inventario. Con el nivel de automatizaci\u00f3n que se puede implementar en los centros de distribuci\u00f3n, los errores y las p\u00e9rdidas se reducen pr\u00e1cticamente a cero\u00bb, concluy\u00f3 el
